Here are my tips to help you prepare effectively:
Understand the Test Format
Start by familiarizing yourself with the format and structure of the Garda Sergeant Numerical Reasoning test. The PAS will issue you a Familiarisation Pack after you apply. Understand the types of questions you will encounter, such as data interpretation and calculation problems.
Review your Basic Maths Skills
Brush up on your fundamental maths skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Learn Data Interpretation:
Understand how to interpret tables, graphs, charts, and numerical data. Pay attention to trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
Practice Sample Questions:
